  • Why do you use bamboo?
    Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world. Because it contains naturally-occurring antimicrobial agents, there is no need for using fertilisers or pesticides during its cultivation so it is completely safe for children.
  • How do I dispose of my brush after use?
    You can pop the toothbrush handle itself into a compost bin and it will turn into soil after approximatley 6 months. Please note: you will have to use pliers to remove the bristles, these can be recycled in the usual way you would recyle plastics.
  • Why are your bristles made of nylon?
    There is currently only one way to make bristles good enough for your teeth using natural products. This is by using either pig or badger hair, Nylon seems like the better alternative...
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes all of our products are vegan: no animal testing, no animal parts.
  • Where do you ship your products from?
    All our products are made in China. China is known as the Kingdom of Bamboo because it has the most bamboo of any country in the world. Before paper was invented, strips of bamboo were the most important writing medium.
  • What is the toothbrush lifespan?
    It is recommended by dentists to change your toothbrush every 2-3 months.
  • Do I have to pay a delivery fee?
    No, we cover this for you :)
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You very simply log into your account and cancel it, it will cancel right away. You can cancel your subscription upto the date of renewal.
  • What is your return policy?
    If your product is faulty, we will happily credit your original form of payment. Please email us at hello@bambooclub.co For hygenic reasons, unless there is a fault with the brush, we do not accept returns.
